I've been working on making my classroom a little brighter for this school year. I made the curtains (and hung them by myself) and painted my podium and table. I've still got a little more work to do, but this made a big difference. I really am ready to get back to school! I like having a routine! If I can't be home with the kids, I'm ready to go ahead and get our routine down!

your kids look so cute with their backpacks! and your classroom looks awesome! i know you are a great teacher deanna...the spider man party looked cool too...isn't it amazing the lengths we will go to to make a birthday party the best thing ever?! i think yall succeeded because he looks like a very happy birthday boy! have a good first week back to school!
