Sand Pile

We got a big sand pile a couple of weeks ago for the kids. We had one at our old house and they had been asking for one for a while. They love it! It makes the biggest mess (especially when they get the water hose) but they have the best time. I also want to mention how much we love living in Guntown! We love our big back patio and getting to watch the kids play this time of year. I think these pictures show such a pretty backgroud that God has given us to enjoy here!

Anna Meryn is now almost 8 months old. She crawls, pulls up, babbles really loud, walks behind push toys, and smiles a whole lot! She is the sweetest best baby and she brings so much joy to our lives. Here are some sweet random shots of her this summer.

Anna Meryn's baby dedication at church was on Father's Day! We had the whole family up on stage and everyone actually behaved pretty well! It was a sweet service and we feel like it is such an important step to take in our children's lives. I think it is really special that Ike and I were married at Harrisburg and all three of our children have been dedicated to the Lord at Harrisburg too!

After VBS in June, Paxton and Tanner came home with us a couple of days. Paxton and Jacob were in the same preschool class and Jacob has missed him so much in Kindergarten. It was so good for them to get to spend some time together. Paxton and Tanner are so sweet to the sisters too!

Jacob's Karate Tournament

Jacob had a small karate tournament in June. He did great! After the tournament, he became a 2nd degree white belt (almost yellow).

Lots of new posts

Well since I haven't blogged in about 6 months I did a major catch up tonight. There are lots of posts to update everyone on life around the Gable house. We haven't been up to anything special, just enjoying life together! I apoligize for all the beach pics but I had a hard time eliminating. Enjoy!

We went on a family vacation this year with my mom, brother, sister-in-law, and niece. It was great! There were 5 adults and 4 kids. We just beat the oil and we had a great time. Kellie has the traditional family in white pictures on her camera so those will be posted later.

Dance Recital and 6 months

Davis Claire had her first dance recital in May. She took from Ms. Kari and LOVED it! She tells me about once a week that she wants to do her dance recital again. The pictures are a little dark, but it's the best I got!

We had Davis Claire's party at the church with all the inflatables. She wanted a Dora cake this year so that's what she got!
