We did a Playhouse Disney character breakfast.
It was a play and sing breakfast so the kids got to all go up front and sing and dance.

We spur of the moment planned a trip to Disney World. We planned it in a week and just got home today. We had a great time! We were really dreading the drive with the kids (especially DC), but they pleasantly surprised us and behaved very well. I have a lot of pictures that I want to post! Jacob's favorite rides were the Winnie the Pooh ride (we rode it 3 times) and the Dumbo ride. But, the highlight of his trip was meeting his girlfriend Wendy Darling. Yes, we met the REAL Wendy from Peter Pan. He has said for about a year now that Wendy is his girlfriend. We have even had to call Wendy on the telephone and let him talk to her. He finally got to meet her and he was smitten! She even gave him a kiss on his cheek! Davis Claire threw a few fits as usual, but she was really pretty good! She did not like the characters so that's why I'm in any character picture she is in. She held on tight to me anytime we got close to one and just started shaking her head no! It was a wonderful trip but much more exhausting with children.

Do you see my daughter? She is such a little monkey. I was mopping so I moved all the chairs into the laundry room. When I finished, this is how I found her. She had crawled and climbed her way back there!

Davis Claire's Class
Davis Claire is front left.
This is what Davis Claire does at school. I think her favorite thing to do is ride in the Bye Bye Buggy! She also likes to eat! She will be moving up to a new classroom next week and we will really miss all of her sweet teachers. One of her teachers made a cd with all of these pictures for all the parents! Knowing that Davis Claire is so well taken care of makes it easier for me to go to work!
Sand Pile
Ike had a load of dirt delivered today and we knew Jacob would love it. He has a little sandbox, but this is much more fun! As you can see, he started off clothed, but every few minutes, he pulled off an article of clothing until he was in his underwear! Who cares! All night long he has said, mom, I love my new big sand pile! He can't wait until morning to get back in the dirt. Davis Claire liked the sand okay, but she found out she did not like the taste of the dirt!
The kids love watermelon. Kasey, I think we had watermelon the same day your boys did! Davis Claire actually just loves to eat (as if you can't tell by the pictures). She usually outeats her brother!
Playing Outside
We have been playing outside a lot since I'm out of school now! Jacob loves to catch bugs and put them in his bug catcher and put it around his neck! On this day, he built a rolly polly city (according to him). Davis Claire loves being outside and the spinkler and water hose!
